All My Children was a dear soap opera that aired for over 40 years. The iconic character in the series was definitely Erica Kane, performed by the one and only Susan Lucci, 73. HollywoodLife talked EXCLUSIVELY using the Daytime Emmy winner regarding whether she’d bring back Erica Kane in any capacity in the long run. “I’d listen I would always listen” Susan advised HollywoodLife in the American Heart Association’s Go Red for Women Red Dress Collection style show. “I really like everyone I have worked with All My Children. We were actually such a fantastic group. If it had been in the proper hands, absolutely.”
Over the course of her reign All My Children, Susan was nominated for a Daytime Emmy a whopping 21 times. She won after for Outstanding Lead Actress in a Drama Series at 1999. The series came to a conclusion in 2013 but fans still adore keeping up with all the throw. Since the series ended, Susan has had remarkable roles in Devious Maids, Sexy In Cleveland, and also the feature movie Joy.
The anniversary of this series’s 1970 premiere was Jan. 5 and HollywoodLife asked Susan about keeping up with all the throw. “I really co-hosted Dr. Oz a week and that there was Walt Willey, that was totally amazing,” Susan gushed. “Cameron [Mathison] was too, and that I was touched.” Walt played with Susan’s longtime onscreen love interest Jackson Montgomery.
