Broadway Hit As New York Governor Bans Gatherings Of More Than 500
Gatherings of greater than 500 folks will probably be banned in New York starting at 5 p.m. ET tomorrow, a order by Governor Andrew Cuomo that may have an enormous monetary influence on Broadway.
“We’re taking new actions to cut back the density of individuals throughout the state,” Cuomo’s workplace tweeted. “Beginning Friday at 5pm, gatherings with 500 folks or extra is not going to be permitted in NYS. Moreover, for services with an occupancy of 500 or fewer, we’re lowering the authorized capability by 50%.”
