Criminal Justice Web Series Plot
The plot of the story starts with Aditya, a cab driver who has a one night stand with his passenger Sanaya. Upon waking up the next morning, Aditya is surprised to find himself lying in a pool of blood and Sanaya being murdered. He witnesses that there are multiple stab wounds on Sanaya’s body.
Afraid, he flees from the spot but finds himself facing an accident and he is taken to the police station. Mandira Mathur is the one who takes on the case and frees Aditya off of the rape charges but can’t do the same with the murder charges. The story continues with two lawyers, Nikhat Hussai and Madhav Mishra trying their best to free him of the charges. Later, Aditya is imprisoned for life but Madhav Mishra does believe that he is innocent.
With his doubts, Madhav goes on to investigate the story further and finds it strange when he hears that Sanaya dialed four wrong numbers the night before she was murdered. Madhav finds that Sanaya had been clean from drugs for 3 years but wanted to get back to that life again the day before she was murdered.
But, Sanaya was faced with the truth of her parent’s friends and came to know that they have been indulging in sex trafficking business for which she wanted to go to the police to complain about them. It is the wife of her father’s friend who killed her.
