Donald Trump has unveiled the logo for America’s brand new Space Force. It seems so similar to the one for’Star Trek’s Starfleet Command that superstar George Takei desires’exemptions’ out of it.

President Donald Trump along with the army commanders who made the logo for our brand new Space Force are seemingly large Star Trek fans. The emblem is almost equal to that of Starfleet Command in the pioneering 1960’s sci-fi series. Trump proudly declared via Twitter on Jan, 24,”After consultation with our Good Army Leaders, designers, and many others, I’m very happy to present the brand new emblem for the United States Space Force, the Sixth Branch of our Gorgeous Army!” However Star Trek’s Mr. Sulu needs some money from the plan.

Actor George Takei, who played Sulu, had lots to say about it. He tweeted a side by side of the 2 logos collectively and lamented,”There isn’t anything sacred anymore.” In addition, he tweeted,”Ahem. We’re anticipating some exemptions out of the…” The 82-year old also made a joke regarding if Trump’s spouse Melania, 49, was accused of committing a speech by former First Lady Michelle Obama, 55. “I feel as though Melania have to have had a hand in copyi–I meanthis,” he tweeted concerning the emblem.

So many people believed the Space Force emblem had ripped off Starfleet Command that Star Trek became the number two trending subject in the USA. The term Starfleet taken into the number six position. Individuals were losing it on the obvious rip-off.   Nick Jack Pappas tweeted, @realDonaldTrump It seems as if you are going to be hearing from Star Trek’s attorneys” User Sarah Beattie included, @realDonaldTrump exactly what the f**k is occurring. You merely ripped off the star trek logo. Are we at a cartoon version of hell?” Fwoodman tweeted,”@realDonaldTrump”Sooooo….after all of your appointment with”Great Army Leaders, designers, and many others”…You picked to COPY THE STAR TREK LOGO? Pathetic, as we have come to expect from you.”

Even politicians moved following the new Space Force emblem. Virginia U.S. congressional candidate Qasim Rashid pointed out,”We do not cash for people faculty, health care, SNAP, inexpensive housing, or fresh water. But we have loads of cash to plagiarise the Star Trek emblem & make Space Force to fight the invading Klingons.” Texas U.S. congressional candidate and neuroscientist Dr. John Biggan joked,”I mean, I enjoy Star Trek and all, although not on our official army uniforms?”
