Macaulay Culkin opened up on his relationship with Michael Jackson and other private subjects in a rare interview with Esquire.

The former child actor starred in Jackson’s music video for”Black and White,” and became close friends . Jackson afterwards faced allegations of sexually abusing boys, but Culkin claimed he hadn’t ever seen him do anything improper.

“I am gonna start with the lineup — it is not a line, it is the fact he never did anything to me personally,” Culkin informed Esquire. “I never saw him do anything. And particularly at this flash point in time, I would have no reason to hold back anything. The man has passed . If anythingI’m not gonna mention it’d be trendy or anything like this –but is a fantastic time to talk. And when I had something to talk about, I’d certainly do it. However, I never watched anythinghe never did anything.”

In 2005, Jackson was charged with intoxicating and molesting a 13-year-old boy, however, was later acquitted. Culkin testified at Jackson’s defense in the case, which had been the last time that he saw Jackson prior to his departure 2009.

HBO’s 2019 documentary”Leaving Neverland” continued to ignite conversation surrounding Jackson’s heritage. The doc comprehensive the story of Wade Robson and James Safechuck, whom alleged that Jackson sexually abused them as children for ages.

Culkin also admitted in the meeting he had dark moments in his life that led him into medication usage.

“I played some passion, I guess is the best way to put it,” he explained. “At precisely the exact same time, I have never been to rehabilitation or anything like this. “I have never needed to wash out this way. There were certain times when I needed to catch myselfonce or twice… I would not be the man I am now if I had not had drugs in my life sooner or later or another.”

From the Esquire interview, Culkin showed that he and former Disney celebrity Brenda Song will also be likely to start a family together. The two met on the record of the 2019 movie,”Changeland.”

“We practice a whole lot,” Culkin said. “We are figuring it out, making the time work. Since nothing turns you around over when your woman enters the room and says,’Honey, I am ovulating.'”
