EXCLUSIVE: With the latest shutdown of film theaters as a result of COVID-19, the STX motion household comedy My Spy, which was final scheduled for April 17, is heading to Amazon Prime. Amazon Studios picked up the Peter Segal-directed film from STXFilms and MWM Studios for U.S. and key overseas territories. My Spy follows JJ a hardened CIA operative (Dave Bautista) who has been demoted and finds himself on the mercy of a precocious 9-year-old woman, named Sophie (Chloe Coleman) the place he has been despatched undercover begrudgingly to surveil her household.  When Sophie discovers hidden cameras in her condominium, she makes use of her tech savviness to find the place the surveillance operation is ready.  In trade for not blowing JJ’s cowl Sophie convinces him to spend time together with her and train her to be a spy.
