Officials questioned over deadly forest fires

Nationwide forest firefighting authorities have held talks with representatives from the federal government of Southwest China
‘s Sichuan Province and the federal government of Liangshan prefecture in Sichuan relating to the current forest hearth incidents that claimed the lives of 19 firefighters and prompted intensive property losses for native individuals.
The 2 native officers have been questioned by Xu Pingzhu, director of the forest hearth bureau, who identified their lax administration over firefighting work within the area, problematic command system and weak talents of their firefighting groups, the International Instances discovered from China‘s Ministry of Emergency Administration on Thursday.
