‘Saturday Night Live’ Pays Tribute To Hal Willner
NBC’s Saturday Night time Stay closed out its first “at house” version with a heartfelt tribute to the present’s longtime sketch music producer Hal Willner who died Monday of issues associated to COVID-19. He was 64.
A slew of former and present Saturday Night time Stay solid members, together with Adam Sandler, Tina Fey, Maya Rudolph, Amy Poehler, Invoice Hader, Fred Armisen, Molly Shannon, John Mulaney, Kate McKinnon and Pete Davidson took half within the video. It featured actors sharing, touching recollections about Willner’s a long time on the present, a music tribute to the track Good Day by frequent Willner collaborator Lou Reed in addition to clips of Willner himself speaking about his work. Watch it above.
