Another CW celebrity is registering to the community’s forthcoming”Walker, Texas Ranger” reboot. Variety has learned only that”The 100’s” Lindsey Morgan has signed for a lead part in”Walker,” that has obtained a series sequence in the broadcaster for its 2020-2021 season.
Morgan joins previously announced series direct Jared Padalecki, famous for his role on The CW’s long-running drama”Supernatural.” The projecting keeps both Morgan and Padalecki in company with The CW, as equally”Supernatural” and”The 100″ are put to finish during their current seasons on the community.
Padalecki celebrities as Cordell Walker, a widower and father of two with his own ethical code, that returns home to Austin after becoming undercover for a couple of decades, just to discover there is harder task to be performed at home. He will try to reconnect with his kids, browse clashes with his loved ones, and find unexpected common ground with his new partner (Morgan) — among the earliest girls in Texas Rangers’ history — while becoming increasingly leery about the circumstances surrounding his wife’s departure.
Morgan will play with Micki, Walker’s new partner that has been born and raised in San Antonio. Described as concentrated and perceptive, her family was in Texas since before it was Texas. She has been in the Army and about the police force and understands firsthand what it is like to be singled out and discriminated against due to her sex.
Morgan has played with the personality Reyes on”The 100″ because the series started. It had been declared in August that the series would end with Season 7, that will launch in midseason. She previously starred on”General Hospital.” Her other TV credits include”The Night Shift,””Destroy the Alpha Gammas,” and”How I Met Your Mother” On the other hand, she’s appeared in”Summertime,””Interior Sport,” and the forthcoming”Skylin3s.”
