Trump is teasing he could Create an Embarrassing, unscheduled Look at his own impeachment trial

President Donald Trump on Wednesday resisted the chance he could appear as a spectator for his impeachment trial at the Senate.
The President suggested to reporters at a news conference at the World Economic Forum at Davos, Switzerland, he would be eager to attend.
He explained:”I would really like to go. Would not that be good, would not that be amazing? I would love… sit in front and stare in their faces that are corrupt… I would really like to get it done.”
In reaction to some followup query, Trump said”No, do not keep talking — since you will convince me to get it done ”

Trump afterwards re-tweeted a message from Senator Rand Paul of Kentucky, giving him a ticket to watch proceedings in the viewing gallery.

In the Davos media conference, Trump declared his legal group”could have an issue” with him attending.
Without requiring an official part in event, if Trump were to visit the trial, it’d probably wrest attention from whomever was talking, and alter how events are sensed past the chamber.
Before in impeachment proceedings, Trump toyed with creating an in-house look to give evidence, but finally didn’t.
Responding in November to a meeting by House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, Trump wrote:
“Our Crazy, Do Nothing (where is USMCA, infrastructure, reduced medication pricing & a lot more?) Speaker of this House, Nervous Nancy Pelosi, who’s petrified with her Radical left knowing she will be gone (they & Fake News Media are her BOSS), proposed on Sunday’s DEFACE THE NATION I testify about the bogus Impeachment Witch Hunt.
“She said that I could do it in writing. Though I did nothing wrong, and do not enjoy giving credibility for the Due Process Hoax, I enjoy the thought & will, so as to get Congress concentrated again, strongly think about it!”
Reacting to the possibility of Trump looking to spectate in the trial, Republican senators expressed bemusement to The New York Post.
One Democratic Senator, Patrick Leahy of Vermont, said:”President Trump also stated he’d love to testify under oath. I would like to view.”
