China on Saturday prohibited its citizens by reserving overseas tours and by buying overseas flights and resort packages amid the continuing coronavirus outbreak that started in the city of Wuhan based on a report Saturday from The New York Times.

The move comes as the government tries to restrict the spread of this deadly virus inside its borders and out of further spreading the virus into other nations. Per The Times report, that the move comes at a time when nations around the globe have started to execute methods for scanning incoming travelers that might have come in touch with coronavirus.

The Beijing city government has also banned buses that travel between different states, including The Times reported, could restrict travelers heading to the nation’s capital city from different areas of the nation.

Groups now on tours overseas are permitted to go with their excursions which are still in progress, The Times reported, although the institution for China’s travel agencies cautioned the groups to monitor their health for signs of the virus which has so much cause 42 deaths around China.
